From Imperial to Puristic: New Venues in Vienna
Meeting planners can find more than 260 event locations - from historic to modern - in the Venue Finder of Meeting Destination Vienna. And the indispensable planning tool is constantly expanding. We present the latest additions.
Palais Esterházy
The Palais Esterházy was used privately until recently, but since mid-November it can also be hired for events. Palais Esterházy masterfully combines historical splendor with contemporary style and guarantees an elegant atmosphere and unforgettable experiences. More than 1,000 m² of event space, divided into 11 impressive state rooms, including a private bar and a game room in authentic baroque style, offer space for up to 400 people. This makes the city palace ideal for conferences, product presentations, private dinners and much more.
Loft Z13
Loft Z13 in Vienna's 7th district stands in stark contrast to Baroque. Designed as an exclusive event venue by Italian architect DECOTIIS and not previously open to the public, the 350 m² space offers room for exclusive events. The interior design is industrial-urban, yet luxurious and artistic, promoting innovation, collaboration and inspiration. Loft Z13 can accommodate up to 200 people.
GLEIS 21
GLEIS 21, characterized by its sustainable wooden structure, is located within walking distance of Vienna Central Station and therefore easily accessible from the airport. The meeting rooms inside are fully accessible, have excellent acoustics and are equipped with top-notch technology. GLEIS 21 can be flexibly arranged to accommodate events for up to 100 people. A guest apartment in the building completes the offer.
ARCOTEL AQ
The ARCOTEL AQ will be welcoming guest from spring 2025 in a completely new and unique neighborhood: the Althan Quartier. In addition to offices, co-working spaces, restaurants, stores and apartments, the fourth ARCOTEL hotel in Vienna is located here. It has a total of 157 modern rooms and suites. The Wiener Geflecht, a symbol of Viennese coffee house culture and a tribute to the first Viennese coffee house chair produced in 1860, the Thonet chair no. 14, was chosen as a key design element and gives the hotel its unmistakable character. Four function rooms offer flexible options for small meetings.
Donauturm Wien
Not new in Vienna (the building was erected between 1962 and 1964 for the Vienna International Garden Show), but new in our Venue Finder is the Donauturm Wien. At 252 meters, it is the tallest building in Vienna and one of the city's landmarks. The panoramic indoor terrace at a height of 155 meters offers breathtaking views over Vienna and an impressive setting for exclusive receptions, presentations or press conferences with up to 100 guests.
