"Vienna: A pleasure doing business" – The Meeting Destination Vienna campaign gets under way
Meeting Destination Vienna is noted for unique advantages: as the world's greenest and most livable city in the heart of Europe, it offers meeting planners and organizers the perfect setting for events. Excellent infrastructure, superb service quality, and expertise make the Smart City one of the leading meeting metropolises.
Under the central communicative idea "Vienna: A pleasure doing business", the first campaign of Meeting Destination Vienna goes beyond focusing on the arguments that Vienna offers for making a congress or corporate event successful in terms of its content. It also addresses those elements that make a meeting emotionally pleasant – such as the personal experiences. Thus a range of different subjects combine classic business arguments and buzzwords with relaxed moments of pleasure that business travelers can experience before, during or after a meeting in Vienna.
Focus on head office locations in Europe
The campaign is online and on social media in Germany, the UK, Belgium, and Switzerland from now until the middle of June. The focus is on cities that are home to the headquarters of many international associations and companies. Additionally, advertising material has been placed in over 250 prominent outdoor Citylights in the business metropolis of Frankfurt. Print advertisements can also be seen across Germany in specialist media and business magazines. The campaign is therefore deliberately aimed at decision-makers, meeting planners and organizers, as well as the general public, and raises awareness of the destination.
The topics dealt with in the subjects are disseminated through information on Meeting Destination Vienna via the central campaign website. The website and the campaign are being implemented in cooperation with the Vienna Business Agency.
