A hybrid meeting comprises a mix of both virtual participants and on-site attendees, allowing the transfer of knowledge to be location-independent and therefore increasing potential for a larger reach. A host of digital tools including chatrooms, live polls, and virtual coffee breaks can also be built into the experience to increase networking opportunities for virtual participants, while also enhancing the interactive nature of your meeting.
