Following its opening days in Prague, TMS NORAM Summer 26 arrived in Vienna for two days of 1:1 appointments, networking and carefully curated destination experiences. Bringing together buyers from North America and suppliers from across Europe, the forum once again proved the value of creating the right environment for meaningful business conversations.
With 35 buyers from the USA and Canada and 50 suppliers representing hotels, venues and convention bureaux across Europe, TMS NORAM offered a highly targeted platform for business exchange. Vienna was proudly represented by seven local partners - alongside the host hotel, Almanac Palais Vienna: Mandarin Oriental Vienna, Liechtenstein City Palace, The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna, MHP Hotel Group, Hotel Imperial, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Vienna, Park Hyatt Vienna and Vienna Convention Bureau - bringing strong local expertise and showcasing the destination's wide-ranging offer and high quality.

Bringing Vienna to life
A tailored program was developed to showcase Vienna's unique character in an authentic way while complementing the forum's business focus. The aim was not only to present the city as a professional meeting destination, but also as a place that leaves a lasting impression.
A standout moment was the Vienna Experience Gala Dinner, where guests were taken on a journey from the city's historic elegance to a vibrant after-hours atmosphere. Vintage bus transfers added a distinctive local touch before the evening continued at Almanac Palais Vienna.
The farewell gathering at the wine tavern Fuhrgassl Huber offered yet another perspective on the destination. Surrounded by authentic Viennese hospitality, participants had the opportunity to unwind, continue conversations and conclude two intensive business days in a relaxed setting. Throughout the program, carefully curated local experiences reinforced Vienna's identity - not simply as the host city, but as an integral part of the overall event experience.
It takes a city

IMS - Vienna, Budapest, Prague supported the on-site delivery and guest experience, while Almanac Palais Vienna served as both host hotel and central meeting hub. Liechtenstein City Palace provided an exceptional setting for the gala evening, SteinerLIVE delivered flawless technical production, and numerous additional partners contributed memorable program elements - from entertainment and signature Viennese treats to carefully selected retail experiences. The result was a well-rounded overall experience that reflected Vienna's broad range and high standards as a meeting destination.
TMS NORAM demonstrated what can be achieved when an established business format meets a destination committed to creating value beyond the meeting room. By combining efficient business exchange with memorable local experiences, Vienna offered participants an event that delivered lasting business opportunities alongside genuine destination moments.
