A meeting that is as climate-neutral as possible also includes an environmentally friendly journey. The ÖBB Congress Account offers a simple and cost-effective option for participants.

How it works:

• Organizers of congresses, meetings and corporate events, i.e. business events, can create an ÖBB Congress Account. An amount of € 500,- is charged per event. This includes a CO² report that provides information on the CO² savings of all trips booked via the ÖBB Congress Account.
  Until 31.12.2024 there is a 50% introductory discount, which means the costs amount to € 250,-.
• Via an individual registration link and TAN of the organizer, participants can register and benefit from a 22% congress discount on the ÖBB standard price, 10% on the international standard tariff as well as a special price for travelling with ÖBB Nightjets. The booking, administration and payment is done directly by the participants.

Discounts are valid for travel that takes place up to three days before or after the event. Four days after the event, all participant accounts will be closed and deleted. Bookings are possible from all those countries that are connected by the ÖBB route network: Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, Holland, Belgium, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia and Czech Republic.
