New Long-Haul Destination: Austrian Airlines Connects Vienna with Boston
Austrian Airlines, part of the Lufthansa Group and a member of Star Alliance, is expanding its long-haul services. From July 1, 2024, Austria's home carrier will fly non-stop from Vienna to Boston up to six times a week. The new flight connection will be offered all year round, with a flight time to the US metropolis on the East Coast of around 9 hours.
Boston is home to numerous renowned educational institutions, including Harvard and MIT, and is an important business location. The new long-haul destination is therefore also of great importance for the meetings sector. Organizers and participants of meetings in Vienna can now travel directly from New York JFK, Newark, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, Los Angeles and Montreal. Numerous other destinations in North America are optimally connected via the Lufthansa Group network.
