Wien Energie Experience Sites

Find out how energy is generated, distributed and used in a large city. At the Wien Energie Experience World, 20 interactive stations let you generate electricity by dancing, cycle the "Tour de Watt" and throw photon balls, among other activities.
Two additional guided tours offer insights into a modern power plant in Vienna and the generation of district heating and cooling through the thermal treatment of waste. The tours explain the technical processes and their significance for Vienna’s energy supply in an engaging and accessible way.
